Meet, taste and learn from the hand of regional cuisine experts who want to transmit their passion in the typical dishes that we are going to elaborate.

We invite you to a unique gastronomic experience, where we will visit the new Planta Uno market for a tasting, followed by the selection of some ingredients in order to share a cooking class that awaits us at the IGA gastronomic institute, a few minutes away from the market.

Itinerary:
-Market Planta Uno, visit and selection of ingredients.
-Visit to a pastry shop in Mendoza.
-Mendoza cooking class with food and wine pairing at the IGA.

Gastronomic City Tour

Join us in this gastronomic city tour, where we will immerse ourselves in the work of some entrepreneurs who are in the heart of our city.

Itinerary
-Specialty coffee and tasting of a homemade alfajor in the microcenter of the city.

Tasting in Maipú

We will immerse ourselves in the culture of the oasis of Mendoza, the best Argentinean meat will be accompanied by typical local flavors, among cultivated fields of olive trees, vines, fruit trees and vegetables. We will live a day to enjoy the aromas and flavors of an arid land turned into an orchard.
